SUNDAY EVENING (I work shifts, I was at work at the time) and had a
reply the next morning! Then when I responded giving my details, I was
contacted the very next day (day after bank holiday) and the plumber
came to my location, assessed, purchased required hardware, returned,
and completed the repair the same day.
What I am saying here is:
these guys read my mails, knew what my problem was, and responded
completely appropriately with no extortionate call out fees and a very
reasonable hourly charge - all immediately after a bank holiday
weekend. I would have been quite prepared to wait another day given
that BHs cause our refuse collectors to be 24 hours late - but NOT
S&C Plumbers!
